A gentle and enjoyable 30-minute morning session designed for all levels.
The program includes:

🔸Low-impact bodyweight exercises for activation and stability

🔸Pilates-inspired movements to strengthen the core

🔸Yoga-style stretching to improve mobility and release tension

To elevate the experience, the session is accompanied by Afro House music featuring well-known tracks, creating an uplifting and energizing atmosphere.

Who are we - Meet our coach 🏃‍♀️

With a lifelong passion for fitness, Debbie Karipidou started training in martial arts at a very young age and quickly made her mark in competitive sports, winning multiple European and World Championship medals.

She holds a BSc in Physical Education and Sport Science, with a specialization in Aerobics & Weight Training, and is a certified Personal and Group Instructor as well as a Martial Arts Coach.

Her expertise spans personal and group training, and incorporates methods such as Resistance Training, TRX, Circuit Training, Aerobics and Pilates.

Passionate about helping people of all ages and fitness levels, she combines her years of experience, discipline, and knowledge to guide each participant towards a healthy, strong, and energized lifestyle.
