4. Nature of Services – Advisory Only
We.Be.Capital L.P. (operating as We.Be.2 Experience, website (www.webe2experience.com) and Instagram profile (@webe2_experience)) (from now on mentioned as ''We.Be2''), does not act as a tour operator or travel agency, and does not sell or issue travel products such as airline tickets or transportation services.
However, We.Be.2 Experience may, for convenience and as part of its digital experience package, transfer pre-purchased festival tickets or facilitate accommodation coordination through third-party booking platforms on behalf of the client. These actions are carried out as courtesy inclusions within the advisory service and not as independent sales of travel arrangements.
We act strictly as an experience consulting and digital content entity, providing:
- Educational and lifestyle-based travel advice
- Recommendations and sample itineraries
- Personalized digital e-books and guides
- Optional group chat support for non-binding suggestions
All deliverables remain within the scope of digital informational services, in full alignment with Directive (EU) 2015/2302 and Greek Law N.393/1976, ensuring We.Be.2 is not misclassified as a tour operator
5. Communication & Service Channels
All client communication occurs through:
- Encrypted WhatsApp conversations
- Official We.Be.2 emails
- Access to online group chats for coordination, Q&A, and travel support
These communications are non-binding suggestions and lifestyle content, not contractual travel obligations.
6. Waiver of Liability & Risk Disclaimer
By using our services, all clients acknowledge:
- We.Be.2 is not liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, cancellation, or dissatisfaction arising from their travel or experience.
- All clients participate at their own risk, having fully understood the informational-only nature of our material.
- We.Be.2 does not assume responsibility for external services suggested (hotels, rentals, venues, events), nor does it act as intermediary.
- Our content does not constitute legal, medical, or professional advice.
- Clients are solely responsible for verifying visa requirements, vaccinations, insurance, and travel eligibility.
This disclaimer complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
7. Payment Policy & Cancellations
- Payments are non-refundable, except in cases of technical duplication.
- Flexibility is allowed for transfer of attendance, provided that:
- Clients notify the We.Be.2 team at least 7 days prior to departure
- All changes are approved in writing via WhatsApp or email
8. Legal Scenarios & Protection
We.Be.2 preemptively waives liability for:
- Accidents or injuries occurring during recommended events or trips
- Misunderstandings caused by interpretation of content
- Tax-related matters and declarations by the user
Any disputes regarding income, service characterization, or indirect sales are to be assessed under the definition of digital lifestyle guidance—not commercial travel sales.

9. Nature and delivery of services
The services provided by We.Be2 are strictly consultative, lifestyle-oriented, and informational in nature. We.Be.Capital L.P. does not function as a travel agency or tour operator. All services are delivered in the form of digital guidance, curated suggestions, and personalized planning through our official website (www.webe2experience.com) and Instagram profile (@webe2_experience). Client interaction occurs exclusively via Instagram and WhatsApp, while final sales are completed verbally when clients are directed to complete payment through our official payment link.
Upon purchase, the client receives:
- Immediate delivery of any festival tickets or passes previously purchased by WeBe2 for confirmed participants
- A "Personal Travel Guide" tailored to the user’s timeline, preferences, and booking intentions, delivered up to one week prior to arrival
- Optional accommodation coordination, managed as a courtesy service through third-party booking platforms
All materials are delivered digitally through our online e-book system and communication tools (WhatsApp, Instagram, email). This ensures that the primary service provided is digital content and personalized advisory material rather than direct travel sale.
10. Payment Method and Secure Transactions
All payments for services rendered by We.Be.2 are processed securely via Revolut, under the registered entity name We.Be.Capital E.E., or alternatively via PayPal, ensuring flexibility and security for clients.
- Upon confirmation of services, each client receives a private confirmation message via WhatsApp or Instagram containing their payment link and agreement details. Payments are confirmed directly through messaging and do not generate automatic invoices or emails.
All transactions are encrypted and comply with PCI DSS standards (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) to ensure maximum security.
We.Be.2 and its partners do not store any cardholder information. Payment processing is conducted exclusively through Stripe’s certified infrastructure.
Users agree that digital delivery of invoice and payment confirmation is sufficient and legally binding for the purposes of acknowledging receipt of services and acceptance of all terms and disclaimers herein.
11. Media release, Content Release, Testimonial Consent
By participating in any experience or event involving We.Be.2, the user grants irrevocable permission for their image (photo/video) to be captured and used for:
- Social media promotion
- Website placement
- Reels, highlight videos, and campaign content
Clients may request content removal post-publication; however, no financial compensation is applicable.
We.Be.Capital L.P. and its affiliates hold perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free rights to record, reproduce, edit, share, license, or otherwise use any form of content created during your participation. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Photos or video footage captured during the experience
- Voice and audio recordings
- Voluntary testimonials, feedback, or written/recorded messages shared during or after the event
Such content may appear in future promotional, educational, or editorial materials, across digital, print, or broadcast formats, including but not limited to social media, the official website, and partner platforms.
You understand and agree that you will not receive any financial compensation or have any right of approval for how this material is used. You hereby release We.Be.Capital L.P. from any claims related to the use, distribution, or adaptation of such media.
This consent is irrevocable, transferable, and valid indefinitely.
12. MEDICAL DECLARATION & WAIVER OF LIABILITY
You acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in We.Be.2 Retreats or Experiences, which may include physical, emotional, mental, or environmental exposure through activities such as:
- Yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, movement practices, nature-based excursions, and immersive experiences
You represent that:
- You are in good physical and mental health
- You have consulted a medical professional as needed before attending
- You will carry required medications and inform the Company of any serious condition
Release of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you expressly and irrevocably waive and release the Company, its directors, employees, agents, facilitators, subcontractors, and affiliates from all liability for:
- Any loss, damage, illness, delay, emotional trauma, accident, injury, or death
- Any claims arising from your participation or use of services or facilities, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise
This includes but is not limited to risks arising from:
- Travel delays, weather conditions, natural disasters
- Political unrest, public health crises, or global pandemics
- Your own conduct or actions of third parties
13. INSURANCE
You are required to maintain suitable travel and health insurance that includes coverage for:
- Trip interruption or cancellation
- Medical treatment or hospitalization
- Accidents, liability, and emergency evacuation
- Loss, theft, or damage of personal property
We.Be.Capital L.P. bears no responsibility for personal medical costs, travel disruptions, or lost belongings, and does not provide personal insurance to participants.
14. FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By enrolling or registering for any We.Be.2 Experience, you confirm that:
- You have carefully read, understood, and accepted this Agreement and all related disclaimers
- You choose to participate voluntarily and acknowledge all inherent risks
- You grant full consent for the use of media content as described above
- You release the Company from all liability claims, including in the case of accident, injury, or death
By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that your participation constitutes binding acceptance of these terms.
